Energy-audit
The most obvious benefit is saving money. This occurs directly in your power bills and indirectly as your greatest asset, your building, is protected from the damp, plus as an energy efficient building, it has a greater resale value.
Most Energy-audits find an easy $300 per year saving for the average household.
Typical energy use in a home
Having your home/business at a comfortable temperature is good for your physical as well as psychological well-being.
The environment also benefits. By reducing your energy use, you help decrease the national demand on power production using carbon based electricity generation.
